With over 14,000 different products on offer, the 4,596 sq ft store is set to become the perfect place for fans of pop culture to browse and discover new items.
Music fans can browse 3,600 different vinyl albums and 2,800 different CDs. The shop will also stock 4,650 films and TV shows on 4K Ultra HD, Blu Ray and DVD, as well as over 2,400 pop culture products and 325 different T-shirt designs.
All customers can take advantage of the “hmv delivers” service, which allows customers to order any items not in store to be delivered direct to their door, as well as fantastic in-store deals, including 3 for £55 on Vinyl, 2 for £24 on selected 4K UHDs, 2 for £20 on Christmas Classics, and Star Wars & Marvel Films from £4.99. In addition, there will be discounts of up to half price on hmv’s range of turntables, and the first 25 customers to make a purchase will receive a free opening day goodie bag.
Local musicians and bands who want to get gig experience in-store can contact staff in-store for details on how to perform. So far, the hmv Live&Local programme has seen over 1,000 gigs performed in stores nationwide.
